Return Eligibility

• The product must be unused and unworn.
• Original tags and packaging must be available.
• The product must not be washed, damaged or altered.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Contact customer support as soon as possible after delivery and provide the order details and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be returnable due to hygiene, clearance, customised-product or other applicable conditions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Processing time may depend on the original payment method.
